These terms apply to tour packages and taxi services booked with Mountain Crown Travel, Gorakhpur. Please read them before confirming a booking.

Our role

Mountain Crown Travel is a travel agency based in Gorakhpur. We plan itineraries and arrange transport, hotels and sightseeing provided by us and by our partner hotels and transport operators.

Prices & quotations

  • Package prices depend on travel dates, hotel category, vehicle type and number of travellers, and are shared on enquiry.
  • Your final price, inclusions and exclusions are confirmed to you in writing (WhatsApp or email) before you pay.
  • Taxi rates shown on the website are indicative; the confirmed rate is the one agreed at the time of booking.

Booking & payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after we confirm it in writing and the agreed advance is received.
  • Please pay only to the payment details shared by us from our official phone number +91 90447 44030 or email mountaincrowntravels@gmail.com, and ask for a receipt.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on the charges of the hotels and transport already booked for you. The applicable charges are shared with you in writing at the time of booking.
  • Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method.

Changes to the itinerary

Weather, road or border conditions, strikes, temple timings or government orders can force changes to an itinerary. We will always try to offer the closest possible alternative.

Travel documents

Travellers must carry a valid government photo ID. For Nepal tours, carry the identity documents accepted at the India–Nepal border (for Indian citizens, a valid passport or voter ID card). Travellers are responsible for their own documents.
